Having skipped stages 6 (Goreljek - Bohinjska Bistrica) and 7 (Bohinjska Bistrica - Podbrdo) due to strong bad weather, we set off again from the small town of Podbrdo towards Grahovo ob Baci. The rain accompanies us throughout the stage, but does not create dangers and allows us to walk. It starts with a challenging climb with a significant difference in altitude (approx. 400m+) in just under two kilometres. Once the climb is over, continue through the woods almost to the end along constant ups and downs that are not at all challenging. The stage is almost entirely covered in the undergrowth and offers shelter from the sun. Along the way you come across various water points so, in view of the initial climb, you can avoid carrying too much. The info on the Juliana Trail indicates a positive altitude difference of 1000m, but this is absolutely not true because it is lower. Route better signposted than the others, but in some places poorly maintained and the recent flood can make you lose sight of the path. Arrival point Koritnica at Camp Sorli, one kilometer before Grahovo ob Baci. If it's sunny you begin to glimpse the typical green color of the waters of rivers and lakes. Nice route.
