ATTENTION: THE TRACK DOES NOT FOLLOW THE OFFICIAL ROUTE OF THE JULIANA TRAIL.
We have chosen to skip the Jesenice - Begunje stage, which not only does not offer any panoramic point but, with the exception of the final climb in the woods (identical to those encountered so far), it is also to be covered almost entirely on asphalt, along a busy highway.
We therefore decided to save an overnight stay and go directly to the pretty town of Bled through the towns of Lipce, Blejska Dobrava and Zasip. The route crosses the park of the Vintgar and the waterfalls of Sum inside it. This allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Bled and its lake.
