Itinerary description
Nice trek in Kyrgyzstan Tian Shan moutains.
The trek itself is not too demanding. The real challenge is mainly crossing the Teleti Pass, which will test you with an elevation gain of over seven hundred meters and take you up to a total height of 3780 meters above sea level. This comes with acclimatization issues due to the lack of oxygen. If you haven't spent some time at similar altitudes before the crossing, you will feel very tired, short of breath, and you may have a headache.
I recommend proceeding slowly and calmly. Even the valley at an altitude of 3000 meters will likely cause some of the mentioned difficulties to a lesser extent. The descent on the other side can sometimes be unpleasant due to the fields of rocks, but it is nothing tragic.
