Itinerary description
My first hike in Oman. The initial plan was to climb up to the summit first day and have overnight camping on the summit. But backpacks appeared very heavy and therefore our group could afford climb only a half of planned elevation gain, ~500m and then we found appropriate place for camping and spent here all night. I was too tired to sit near the fireplace and went to sleep as soon as my tent was ready. Next day we left our backpacks and got only water and a little of snacks. And then we managed to reach the summit and went back just before the sunset. To tell in truth it was kind of a difficult hike for me. But definitely worth to try!
