There was still a lot of (melting) snow in July, so sometimes hard to find the trail and many streams to cross. On the second day, after curator campground, we had to go around a big patch of snow at the Notch (a bit scary). It turned out we were the first ones to cross it and walk the entire skyline trail this year.
