  We went there this weekend but had to turn back half way.
  
  Question, how can we cross the fence near the restaurant after reaching the top ? to get onto the car-park.

  •What was the Reason Turning Back Half Way ??
  
  •once you are at top where you will be walking on Paved Tarmac Road toward Car park You will see 2 Big Gates one cannot climb & cross it , it was not their in Early times only small gate & Small Fence that could be easily climbed ,
  
  Fair enough ! Take 7-8 steps backward from the Big Gate Now you can Descend on left though its definitely Lose Sand & Rocks then as you hav descend some max 10 mtrs to find good ground to stand now ascend toward Fence around Car Park now you can either climb the fence or cross all around it that will lead you to road that entre car park,
  
  If anything missing let me know or incase you want to do it again i will tell one of my good hiking friends to accompany you on this Summit,

  We (my girl and I) went back because my phone was left at only 15% and we decided not to take the risk getting stuck behind the fence and darkness. So at 13:00 we turned around. I placed one more rope while decent at the vertical section, since the old rope is nearly gone.
  
  We have done amazing Stairway to heaven in RAK, but this is also an Epic hike.
  
  Next time we'll book a room in the Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet, on Thursday. Take a taxi to let us drop near the starting point early morning, and Hike back to the Hotel. The reward will be jump in the pool with some drinks :-)

  Brilliant Idea 💡
  I went for similar plan couple of years back with my friends,
  Did the hike went to Grand Mercury Hotel for Buffet Sunset & Swimming 🏊
  
  Stair ways is definitely amazing 😉 though you should try one of my trail named “Wadi Razor” you will love it,
  
  Good idea you abandon the hike due to low battery always keep Battery Power Bank
  
  Yes i was thinking same about it the ropes would be in very bad shape or not good enough to be used,
