Itinerary description
Israel Trail # 8 Migdal to Tiberias Ilit. The segment I hiked actually goes all the way from Migdal through the Swiss Forest; I paused the app, and forgot to restart it, so it's too separate entries, see Israel Trail Day 7b. Total distance for the day was about 20km. Most of it was easy; the only part that was really "moderate" was the climb up the Arbel Cliffs right at the start.
