The Powerscourt waterfall is located near Enniskerry, County Wicklow, in Ireland, in a valley washed by the Dargle River and surrounded by the Djouce Mountains and the Big Sugar Loaf. At a height of 121 meters (397 feet), it is the highest waterfall on the island.

Located in the modest but picturesque town of Enniskerry in County Wicklow,

Situated in the hills surrounding the city, the area is known for its slow pace and charm and is a great place to walk around and see how the locals live.

The hike to the base of the waterfall is relatively easy and is a great place for a family picnic, a lazy day reading a book, or just looking at the falls for yourself if that's more at your speed.
