The Innerdalstårnet or Dalatårnet is a 1,452-meter-high mountain on the southern side of the Innerdalen valley, in the municipality of Sunndal, in the Norwegian county of Møre og Romsdal. The mountain is located in the Trollheimen mountain range, and it is also known as Norway's fork because of its characteristic pyramidal shape. The summit can be reached with a little cliff, and the mountain is a popular destination for rock climbing. Several routes are set to ascend to the mountain.
The southern slope of the mountain is slightly more inaccessible than the northern slope. The Skarfjellet mountain is just west, on the other side of Lake Storvatnet.
