Itinerary description

Walked out the trail to the left (west?) from sign. Trail was closed, then we went the other direction under hwy 49. The trail is gentle. We walked past the flume & out to the Jonas Bar Rd and down it a short distance. We were told there’s a bridge to cross the drainage and a steep trail up. We opted to return the same route. We enjoyed the flume. Next time we may take the Jonas Rd trail near the beginning and make a loop in the opposite direction. Interesting trail.
