Itinerary description
I had seen renditions of the imp face on an old postcard, someone had posted on the internet. I had seen a few posts, here and there, where folks had asked if it really existed, no one had answered those questions.
The Imp's face is not visible from the upper ledges on the trail it requires a bushwhack that is short (300'), but steep traverse and the spruce is thick, that ends at a ledge with great viewing. Footing is good, but steep. The viewing ledge, is the edge of a 100' cliff. Be careful.
