Itinerary description

Good day walk along different terrain with beautiful scenery of the Atlas Mountains. Overall this hike was moderate, but the walk up to the peak was step and over loose gravel - which I found difficult in places.

Imlil Exit

This river trail takes you into Imlil town centre. We needed to run an errand and went out of town a little. Turn left to keep a more direct route

Out of Imlil

This is the road we took out of Imlil. It raises quickly above the town centre and takes you into the river bed part of the walk in about 10-15 minutes.

Slightly tricky climb. Trail from previous hikes looks to have washed away

Just out of Imlil the trail runs along a river bed. Slightly tricky in places as it looks like the trail we were following had been washed away. We couldn’t find a clean trail along this section - but essentially find the best route you can see along the path of the river
