Itinerary description
A hike up and down a mountain with some nice views of the surrounding area. The trail starts out as a paved road (with street side parking) and turns to stone, dirt road and then footpath as you climb to the top.
We took a different path down that was nice but we did have to open and close 5 or 6 gates, the last one was imposing. Large groups should retrace the steps they took on the way up.
A good warm up hike to get your heart pumping and to help you to acclimatize to the altitude. The hike peaks at 3213 meters (over 10,500 feet) and comes with some nice views too.

I would call this the shoulder of the mountain - flat area with nice views and just before the final and hard climb to the top.
