Itinerary description

First you’ll be ascending up towards Babs Flat on a single track trail. There will be nice views back towards the Owyhee desert. Once the terrain flattens out, you take onto a dirt road up towards the Goodman Flats. There will be plenty of water all the way up until the road drops down towards highway 20. The hike between hw20 and Pine Forest hw has got some nice rock formations. After a short walk on the hw the you take off onto a dirt road that will take you through a nice open valley.

Next to the river there’s a flat spot that’ll be good for pitching tents (a little exposed though as it’s just next to the main dirt road)
