Itinerary description
Great conditions, sunny with strong SW wind on hills. 5-10cm fresh snow in parts (dependant on terrain and wind) made for heavy walking. Head south from parking and scoot round East side of small peaks. Then straight across open and straightforward climb up Húsfell. Descent back and straight to Eastern climb up Helgafell before short route (NE) climb down. Slowish time due to tiredness, cold and snow but lovely little walk.
