Itinerary description
We started from the funicular station at Hungerburg and ascended till Seegrube cable car station by stopping over Umbrüggler and Höttinger Alm. Due to some event, the Seegrube station was crowded but the view was splendid. We spent some time in the newly built panorama field and made our descend by resting at Bodenstein Alm. It was already dark when we reached back to Hungerburg.

Thank you, I walked a part of this trail. Because of the bad weather expectations we took the cable car up from Hungerburg to Seegrube, after hiking up to the peak, the weather cleared up and we walked down by the huttinger alm, to hungerburg again. That part took us 4 hours including an hour break. Great views. Tips, don’t walk when its wet without hiking sticks. Tops: get a meal at the huttinger alm.
