Do not attempt without GPS and/or map reading skills! Most of the trail goes cross country although a decent portion follows various unmarked trails (man and sheep made). Very stunning panoramic view after finishing the initial ascend. It is not too difficult if you're used to hillwalking. There is a section coming down the slope that is a bit tricky though and it is slightly boggy in several places. Walking poles are your friends!
Did the trail at the end of August in very fair weather. Time was 3h13m,
