Itinerary description
Apakeqar is a mountain with the hight of 1651 m in Tavush region, near Dilijan city.
We start walking from Hovk village and return there by the same route.
::: WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT APAKEQAR MOUNTAIN TRAIL ?:::
--- This mountain is considered to be one of the easiest mountains in Armenia due to its hight and the path leading to it.
--- This trail doesn't make you feel like hiking a mountain, as it's not steep at all.
--- You start your trail and finish at the same spot.
--- This trail is marked by ''Transcaucasian trail'' but it's very important to have GPS as these marks could have been vanished due to the weather conditions.
--- Apakeqar is unique mountain in Armenia that you can hike in every season (even wintertime if you like hiking in snow).
--- Best season for the view is May, June, winter.
--- The length of the trail is 10 km.
