Itinerary description
Een prachtige wandeling (zoals we gevonden hadden op Wikiloc). De zuidelijke lus is gemakkelijker dan de noordelijke lus...maar zeker de moeite waard. Wandelstokken zijn wenselijk want er zijn een paar pittige stukken bij, zeker als je last van hoogtevrees hebt.

One of the most spectacular pedestrian circuits in the north, first of all the steep slopes and the rocky relief (Molberlee ridge for example). Almost all the instruments and stops of the Klangwee Hoscheid sound circuit are on our itinerary, which can make it very attractive for children accustomed to walking.

The first 20 minutes are all downhill and then you get a steep climb through the forest which, depending on your fitness level, you will find more or less difficult to ascend. I reached the first peak an hour into the walk. The next descent is mostly slate and uneven ground and in parts very narrow but the views are all worth it. You need good footing though. I met quite a lot of people of all different ages and fitness levels. Yes it’s difficult but the scenery is beautiful and for me it was a challenge and I’m glad I did it. I’m 61 years of age but if you trust your fitness levels and you’re sure footed, then go for it!
