Itinerary description
Circular walk across a more deserted part of Holtingerveld that offers a diversity of landscapes.
The only spot where we came across others, was along the scenic Brandeveen fen, definitely the highlight of this hike. There is lots to enjoy along the trail though, wide vistas, sandy plains, cattle grazing in the woodland etc.
This area seemed to be the less familiar part of Holtingerveld, so we got the feeling we had it all to ourselves ;)
At the carpark just outside of Uffelte there is an info panel with some information about short circular walks round Uffelte, Dorpsommetjes.
