Itinerary description
Höfen parking lot at Nationalpark Tor. Pleasant food and drinks, electric car charging. Hiking throug deciduous forest as well as through Eifel agricultural landscape. Pleasant, nice views, very quiet so no problem to partly walk along asphalt roads, but windy so possibly not that suited in case of cold winds. Many German half-timbered houses. In Rohren you can hike along a viewpoint and visit the Lourdesgrotte or take a shortcut.

Mooie , afwisselende route, bos, beek, rivier, glooiende velden, mooie vergezichten op de hoogvlakte. Eerste helft mooier dan de tweede helft, waarin je meer over asfaltweggetjes loopt.
