Itinerary description
A beautiful hike today with a great group, Trilliums all around, the woods were fragrant and the breeze in the canopy kept us protected from the sun. As usual the hike was very hilly and after the extended cold weather it took some getting used to the humidity.

Trail was very well maintained and easy to follow. I'd say it's on the easier side of moderate. The elevation change gave some nice physical challenge and the scenery was pretty good.
