Itinerary description
A pleasant walk almost entirely through forest northwest of Toronto. On Sunday morning, September 23, 2018, it took 1.25 hours to drive there from downtown Toronto. No real views, but pleasant walking along good trails. Some ups and downs, but nothing serious. The small parking lot was close to full when we arrived at 11:30am. The trail took 5 hours, with a short break for lunch.
At the first junction, we took the Bruce Trail, on the left. We continued on the Bruce trail until the second turning for the Snell loop, which took, bringing us back to the Bruce trail. We then went south on the Bruce trail a little, then took the Glen Cross side trail, which also looped back to the Bruce trail. We again continued south on the Bruce trail, and then took the Tom East side trail, which goes east, then west, then south to the road.
