We started the 4th stage of the trekking at Ringmu, going up the short stretch and little difference that we had left to crown the neck of Tashkindu The 3070m. The maximum level of the day.
After passing the houses of the village of Tashkindu, we begin the long steep slope that leads to Nunthala first and to the Tibetan bridge of more than 100 m. which crosses the river bed of the Dudh Koshi River (river of milk) that descends from the glaciers of Everest, being the lowest point of day 1450 m.
Now we start climbing again following the river course soon we get together in the village of Jubhing 1680 m.
We keep going up to a neck already above 2000 meters, where there is the door to the grounds of a Buddhist monastery and the village of Kharikhola begins, where we will finish the stage.
