Trek to Bupsa (2250m)
The trail continues descending to the Dudh Koshi River (Milk River) where the trail then ascends through the several Rai & Sherpa villages, terraced fields and forests to Khari Khola. After crossing the river it’s pretty much climb up to Khari Khola where we will make nice lunch break and after lunch we will take some gradual walk through the beautiful Kharikola village then another hour ascend to Bupsa. Today temperature is normally hot there so, we need to drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrate. Overnight at Bupsa.
Strongly recommended to do this trek with a guide.
Tip: Avoid big companies, it's very helpful to have a guide that knows about the trek and Nepali Himalaya culture, otherwise it can be a very bad experience.
