Itinerary description
This is trail to Rajmachi via Lonavala. Rajmachi has twin forts- Srivardhan and Manoranjan
Trail doesn't cover Srivardhan fort. Other than two forts, there's Udaysagar lake, ancient rock cut Godhaneshwar temple and Kalbhairav temple. Huge Kataldhara waterfall can be seen from Rajmachi.
Trail is easy, with only minor gradients. Small shops offering snacks and tea are available at frequent intervals throughout the trail.
Top of the fort offers fantastic views of Khandala, Duke's nose, Irshalgad, Manekgad, Prabalgad and Matheran.
