Itinerary description
Short and easy hike around Mareuil-sur-Arnon, which looks like a lake but it’s really a overflow part of the river Arnon with waterlocks due to the flood in 1978.
We start at our camperspot which overlooks the river, from here we pass 2 waterlocks and following the river we head up a small hill towards a deserted farm.
After passing another bridge and a water tower we walk into Mareuil-sur-Arnon were you can have a drink at a nice local bar.. from here it’s along the Arnon again a nice stroll to the camperspot.
