Itinerary description
High Shoals Falls trail is a moderate well trafficked trail in South Mountains State Park. After crossing the Jacob Fork bridge there is a series of steep steps that lead to a viewpoint of High Shoals Falls and continue above the falls before re-crossing the Jacob Fork and steadily descends back to the trailhead.
From the trail there are several opportunities to cool off in the Jacob Fork and trout fish.
