Itinerary description

At mile 3.3, the shortcut behind the viewing platform up to River Otter Loop was a bit too steep, slippery and sketchy for this hiker. Instead, I suggest going back down to the main North Legacy Way trail and walking south .3 mi around the corner to catch the River Otter Loop trail from the start.
