Itinerary description
This was actually a loop walk but lost reception. I recommend following the route over Hen and Cock. But it was stormy and windy so my descent down Cock into bog land is not recommended! Perhaps continue on until Pigeon or find a better route to the valley from Cock. There's an obvious path in the valley you'll want to reach which will take you back to the Sandbank car park. I want to do this again when the weather is better so I can find a better route down. But definitely do Hen and Cock! Hen has lovely torres :) Cock looks down onto Spelga damn. It's a steep climb up Cock.
