Itinerary description
Park in the car park by the road (10RMB parking fee) then cross the road and buy tickets at the office by the bridge (About 50rmb each). We went in Winter so the ice displays were in full swing. I think we walked as far as the Black Dragon Pool which is fed by a tall impressive waterfall. We turned round at this point but you can certainly go considerably further. Well worth a further exploration. There is some remains of the Great Wall but I have no idea if it is accessible.
