Itinerary description
Hatta is a great place to start your hiking journey as it has trails of different levels of difficulty, from Green (easy), Blue, Red and then Black (hard). For this trail, we mixed different colors to push for a 5h hike. It’s a mix of flat, steep and normal. Trail is usually well marked everywhere but in some places you can see that the rain ruined it. Strongly recommend having proper hiking boots and poles as they really help when going down.
If you decide to go, make sure to take a picture of the trail map so that you can find yourself once you reach the different sign posts.
Overall is very enjoyable hike with some nice views and some proper challenging sections. Accessible to anyone with a minimum level of fitness

Thank you for sharing this wonderful trail. We really enjoyed the varied difficulty levels. We found ourselves doing the trail in the opposite direction which worked out well! To add more challenge, we hiked onto some of the expert ‘Black’ trails, which included rock climbing.

Lovely hike, some of the paths are no longer around likely due to the rain we had. However still very easy to follow. When you reach the motorbike area at the lower end where are you meant to go? As you can’t walk on the motorbike area as sign posted?
Then towards the end you have walked on the bike only path also which wasn’t an issue as we went week day but could be a weekend issue.
