Itinerary description
Lovely easy hike from Harvey Vale to Hillsborough on quiet well made tracks. Stunning views from highest point but not a hard climb. Can easily do other way round. For more adventurous there is a climb up to summit of Chapeau Carre on a more challenging path with fantastic views at the top.

We did this trail in reverse with a bus back from Tyrrels Bay after a welcome drink. Easy to follow on a quiet road initially then a sheepish path between trees to the top of the ridge. From 6 Roads the trail is wide and obvious although occasionally the GPS error means the Green Line is not on the actual track but pretty obvious where you should go.
