Itinerary description
Small 2-day trek that I did in November 2015 with Greater Hyderabad Adventure Club, near Pune. Trek is extremely short duration - took less than 4 hours ascending, and 2.5 hours descending. Not much of an ascent. We ascended from 600 meters to 1200-odd meters. But very dangerous since it involves very steep ascents, especially at the so-called "rock-face". Places to stay at the top, incl. food availability. Cooking stove and tents not essential. Cold at top during night, suggest sleeping bag + light warm clothes. During the 4-hour trek, a few dotted nimbu-paani (lemonade) sellers so water isn't really an issue. An old temple exists at the top.

तोलार खिंड पर्यंत जंगल आहे तिथुन एक तास डोंगर चढणे त्यानंतर जवळ जवळ अडिच तास छोट्या टेकड्या ओलांडत पोचतो कोकण कड्यावर भास्कर च्या हॉटेलात निस्चित सोय होइल रात्रि कधिहि गेल तरि काहि प्रोब्लेम नाहि खालि हॉटेल मध्ये हमाल मिळतो .४००rउपये ..४ लिटर पाणि पिलच पाहिजे टोपि हविच .दोन दिवसांचा ट्रेक आहे खालि हॉटेल अक्षय मध्ये रहाता येत आदल्या दिवशि गेलात तर .
