Itinerary description
This walk starts from HarbourFront MRT, climbs up the slopes to Mount Faber Park, returns to earth with the busy West Coast highway, then detours down to the Keppel Bay Drive to see how the rich and famous live. It gets richer and more famous (and a little more unreal) as we walk around Keppel Bay but thank goodness, Labrador Park (Nature Reserve) brings us back to reality and a little more greenery. A couple of circuits around Labrador Park, including a gentle hike up to war relics and memorial, then a gentle (and gently hotter) walk back to Labrador Park MRT. This walk traverses the heights of Mount Faber, so it involves a reasonable amount of uphill walking.

Pender Road
We then take the (unauthorised) route down Pender Road, wanted a view of the Danish Seaman's church but currently under renovation. Pender Road is steep, narrow and twisty with no pedestrian sidewalks and many cyclists, so this is an inherently dangerous way to walk. But pretty.

Bukit Chermin Boardwalk
a rather beautiful but heavily trafficked boardwalk that leads from Labrador Nature Reserve to Keppel Bay
