Itinerary description
this is an ideal track which you can rest assured to use often and wisely.
after several trials, i've finally achieved my goal, i.e. 80% of the track are natural trails, keeping hard roads as minimum as possible, such as slippery stone ditches, firebreaks and public roads etc.
route:
happy forest - tea house - tiger's head hills - fahai temple - longquan temple - black stone village - bench's ditch village - nanmachang reservior - guajia tower - fragrant hills park - subway station
it's around 30 km, with 1,300 meters elevation gain. so it's relatively more relaxed than challenging, therefore, great for daily training. you may increase your speed to give yourself a bit pressure, if you'd love to.
i believe you will enjoy the beautiful sceneries along the way, and the comfortable trails as well. it's good for all seasons.
