Itinerary description

Route that starts at the top, next to the observatory and ends in the Halemau'u trailer park. We made it by leaving the car in the parking lot and made a finger to the top. The distance is about 20 km, the GPS became a bit crazy at first and that's why it marks more than it really is.
You have to be used to walking because the last climb is long.
