Itinerary description
The starting point of the hike is close to a church, 2.5 kms after the city of Haddeth El Jebbeh. You will go down to the bottom of the Quadisha valley, cross the river and begin walking up toward "Our Lady Of Quannoubine Monastry" where you can rest.
Then pass by Ste Marina Sanctuary and walk straight, following the signs until you find Hawka ermitage. The hike ends by 600 stairs that will lead you to the village of Hawka.
Then you can walk or take a service to Bcharre where you can take a bus back to Beirut.
