Itinerary description
Gunung Korbu G7 mountain. very tough hike. ensure enough water when reached last water point where the water is flowing just a small stream. of course once you hike korbu we also hike to Gunung Gayong which is another G7 mountain. lots of staircase to climb to make this easier slightly easier but still this is a really tough hike for me maybe because we camp at Korbu Peak hence we were carrying full backpacks with water as well up to the peak. We need to apply for two permits - one from Jabatan Perhutanan Perak and another from the Kinta Dam authorities as we need to drive into the dam area to get to trail head.
