Itinerary description
Mount Kinabalu (Malay: Gunung Kinabalu, Dusun: Gayo Ngaran or Nulu Nabalu) is the highest mountain in Borneo and Malaysia. With an elevation of 13,435 feet (4,095 m), it is third-highest peak of an island on Earth, and 20th most prominent mountain in the world by topographic prominence. The mountain is located in Ranau district, West Coast Division of Sabah, Malaysia. It is protected as Kinabalu Park, a World Heritage Site. ~ wikipedia
京那巴鲁山（马来语：Gunung Kinabalu），又译京那峇鲁山、又称神山、位于北婆罗洲沙巴的京那巴鲁国家公园内，是婆罗洲最高峰，也是马来西亚联邦境内最高峰，最高点罗氏峰（Low's Peak）海拔4,095.2米，以每年0.5公分的速度长高，也是马来群岛最高或第四高峰[注 1]。顶峰相对而言容易攀登，景色壮美，动植物品种极其丰富，一直是旅游胜地以及极佳的动植物科研区域。

0830: Reach Kinabalu Park, registration and transfer to trail head Timpohon Gate
0930: Start ascending
1336: Reached Laban Rata
Dinner start serving from 1630 to 1900. Electricity supply from 1630 to 2100. Light off from 2100 onward.

0100: Wake up, clean up.
0130: Breakfast & prepare for summit attack
0224: Start ascending
0327: Reached Sayat -sayat check point
0441: Reached Mt. Kinabalu Summit
0743: Reached Laban Rata. Breakfast
1000: Check out
1030: Descending
1359: Reached Timpohon Gate.
Proceed for lunch and transferred back to hotel at Kota Kinabalu.
