Itinerary description
Gunung Irau is one of the most beautiful mossy forest in Malaysia and tourists can see these mossy forest right from the start of the trail without much effort in hiking up this gunung. Of course if you wish to hike up all the way to the peak of Gunung Irau along the way the forest is more mossy than the start of trail. However compared to other G7 mountains in malaysia where mossy forest is also present in all of them you would need to hike to almost the peak of these G7 mountains before you can see nice mossy forest. Here in Gunung Irau - immediately at start of trail you can see.
