Itinerary description
Con sus 2032 metros el Gunung Brinchang es el segundo pico más alto de las Cameron Highlands.Para llegar hasta él realizaremos el recorrido número 9 dentro de Cameron Highlands.
Nosotros tomamos un bus local en Tanah Rata dirección Brinchang.Pasado el poblado de Brinchang nos bajamos en la parada donde comienza el carril que sube hacia el BOH Tea Plantation.
Una vez visitado los campos de Té seguimos ascendiendo por un carril asfaltado hasta llegar a la entrada del Mossy Forest un precioso bosque de musgo a 2000m de altitud.Recorremos las pasarelas de maderas a través del bosque y nos adentramos un poco en el sendero que lleva al pico más alto de la region el Gunung Irau.
Una vez terminado el recorrido de pasarelas tomamos el carril hacia la derecha que llega en un kilometro al Pico Brinchang.
With its 2032 meters the Gunung Brinchang is the second highest peak of the Cameron Highlands. To get to it we will make the route number 9 within Cameron Highlands.
We take a local bus in Tanah Rata direction Brinchang. Passed the town of Brinchang we get off at the stop where the lane that goes up to the BOH Tea Plantation begins.
Once we have visited the tea fields, we continue ascending along an asphalted lane until we reach the Mossy Forest entrance, a beautiful moss forest at an altitude of 2000m. We follow the wooden footbridges through the forest and go a little way along the path that leads to the highest peak of the region the Gunung Irau.
Once the route of the footbridges is finished, we take the lane towards the right that reaches the Brinchang Peak one kilometer.
