Simple stage in which almost entirely we just follow the Gamle Kongeveg following the track and without bifurcations that can make us doubt. In this sense it is the most monotonous stage of the whole way, which nevertheless does not detract from the charm of traveling along this historic path and of soaking up the landscapes of the more rural Norway, in the county of Oppdal and on horseback from the municipalities of Oppdal and Rennebu. We leave the IMI Stølen campsite to overcome the slope that will take us to the road, which we will cross for uphill, continue between some houses that will take us to connect with the road signs of San Olav. It will be about 4.4 km in which we will walk through a beautiful herbado path and the only ones from the stage where we will leave the Gamle Kongeveg. On the 2.6 pk pass through the Gaiberhu Guriberbet, a classic wooden cabin where you can spend the night indoors. In fact, we have already seen a few Gapahuks along the way. They are very simple wooden cabins, open on one side where we can sleep at least under the roof, they have nothing but exceptions, so if you want to spend the night in any of them, you have to be foresighted and take away food, water. The beautiful grass road ends at 4.3 kp when it is linked to the Gamle Kongeveg, which we will not leave until we reach our accommodation today, the beautiful and idyllic, once again, Hæverstolen. Although the road can be monotonous today, in fact, it is a simple and distracted route with beautiful views sometimes on our right, and in which we go through different farms where we can see horses, sheep, and even goats, a whole rarity, At least on the days we have traveled. As an interesting point of today's tour highlight that in the pk 16.5, and very near the end of today, we passed by a river of abundant waters in whose bridge a stake indicates that we left in the municipality of Oppdal and entered the Rennebu . On pk 19.5 we went through another possibility of accommodation, the equestrian farm of Langklopp fjellgård. Just 1.3 km later we will arrive at Hæverstolen, a beautiful set of wooden houses in which one of them is the reproduction of a "saelehuset", pilgrim accommodation of medieval origin.
