Pine Springs Campground is the starting point, where it connects with the parking lot where the trail head is located to start the ascent to the Guadalupe peak. At all times the road is well indicated, and at all times the road is on the rise. The road has exceptional views and at some point the road narrows with some slope. A km from the peak there is a detour to camp that apparently has beautiful views. After this we reach the highest point where there is a kind of pyramid commemorating the delivery of mail for 100 years. A route of 10 to the highest point in the state of Texas.
