Itinerary description
Hyatt Ridge Trail to Enloe Creek Trail is a moderate three mile climb to Campsite 47, where we did an overnight.
We intended to do all of Enloe Creek, by including the out/back section to Hughes Ridge Trail, but were hit by torrential rains as we reached Campsite 47 - so we decided to set up camp and will pick up the rest of Enloe Creek from the other direction on a future hike.
The one-way Round Bottom Road turns back into the two-way road at Straight Fork Road, prior to this trailhead, allowing this hike to be done from the Cherokee side of the park as well. But we did it as the part of a two-day "leap-frog" trip from Round Bottom Road, to avoid (what for us is) a long drive down the one-way section of that road.
