Itinerary description
This short walking trail was done with my friend and colleague Susan. It starts along Green Coulee Road at 43.89254°N and -91.20436°W at the established parking lot. For the most part the trail is very accessible and easy to follow. Sections can be steep with loose gravel to appropriate footwear is essential. Water, sunscreen, electrolytes, a snack for the top are things that you might consider taking. There’s a bench at the top of the mound that offers great views of La Crosse and the marsh lands around.
Happy Trails.
