Itinerary description
A lovely walk in or beside the creek up to Colwells hut. More beside than in for us thanks to those who went before and forged paths through the tall foliage beside the creek. Only a couple of minor mishaps. Although the smallest of the huts it was the most pleasant of the 3 with plenty of shade in which to relax after the day’s efforts. Advertised as 13.5km but closer to 17.9km by our Garmin recording.
