Itinerary description
Greben means comb's teeth - and you will see why - but not a normal comb, a wool comb.
This is a really lovely hike through quiet, sparsely occupied countryside and with amazing views - to Mt Trem in one direction and to Sofia in Bulgaria in the other. Asenovo Kale is in the foreground at one viewpoint - another great hike to do int his area.
I have marked this hike as difficult - but that is only if you want to do the 'knife's edge' comb teeth at the summit. If you are uncomfortable with heights, you will find this difficult. But you don't have to do it, you can skip this part. And it is not actually technically difficult, just an optical illusion makes it appear narrower and steeper than it is.
We went in autumn and collected so many apples and pears. A few weeks earlier there were mushrooms. Like so many hikes in Serbia, you will not go hungry.

From the beginning, up to the intersection at 2.46km ('go left') did you walk on the path (perhaps marked one) or not?
Hello, it is a while since I did this hike, so I can't remember - I think we did ...
Sure. Thanks.
