Grazalema – Fuente Aguafría (Gaidovar)
This linear walk starts from the large off road car parking area between Km48 and Km49 of the A372, just before turning into Grazalema.
It goes to the fountain on the outskirts of the small hamlet of Gaidovar.
There is a small amount of road on this, the CA-9123, going up several hundred metres where you turn off and pick up the medieval stone road that linked Grazalema to Gaidovar (de la Ribera). A lot of this road is damaged or covered over with undergrowth, but you can still see it in many places. There is one small hill to climb up and down, then crossing the road and carrying on with the route going parallel with the road. Crossing the road one more time and then descending down to the Aguafría fountain.
From here retrace your steps back to the car park.
The fountain is a natural spring that is supposedly fed from the Pinsapar mountain range.
