Grassy Lake to Long Lake to Bear Lakes Loop is a 4.7 mile loop trail located near Blairsden Graeagle, California that features a lake. The trail is rated as moderate and primarily used for hiking, trail running, nature trips, and fishing. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
There is a parking lot to the Grassy Lake Trailhead, located within the Lakes Basin Campground. It may be free to park but if you pay it's $10. When you return on this loop, you will walk through the Bear Lakes Trailhead and then a small nature trail that cuts back through the campground. Certain times of the year, this short nature trail is loaded with the most beautiful wildflowers in the area, it's the icing on the cake for this hike.
